hey thank you for this info, I followed your instruction and downloaded a few Avast but after 30 days which is today they just let me know that my 30 days trial is expired and I didn't understand where the "free is. is there anyways that I can get a FREE antivirus please ? thanks

You either 1) selected the free trial when you initially installed it, or 2) clicked on an upgrade/promotional trail offer at some point when the program opened. I have had Avast FREE Antivirus installed on my computer for just over 2 years (was notified a couple weeks ago and offered another promotional deal). Again, this is an issue on your end. If you emailed/called Avast, I almost certainly guarantee they would verify this information to the letter. I will admit their tactics are a bit aggressive for my liking, but I always read a popup before clicking "install" or "update" or "upgrade" or "try for thirty days" type of language.

You want to know why....you 100% selected either the wrong download or selected the free trial by mistake during the install. That is why it is important to read and make changes to the installer when going through the process as opposed to clicking "Next" every 2 seconds.
