Mate thanks so much for these videos. I bought a Titan shed thinking it was some kind of kit form pre drilled type build. Obviously I was so wrong and was left with lame instructions and a heap of uncut sheeting and flashings. These videos got me through to the completion of my shed and looking very neat and professional. No way I would have done such a good job or even finished it myself without your help. Moral to the story folks is buy your stuff from people who can offer the backup or pay a professional to do it for you!

Just a couple of questions. I noticed you've used a hook fold style barge flashing, with no face fixings or concealed clips to hold it in firmly in place, is it just reliant on the rivets? If so have u ever had issues with vibration from wind? Or flashings ripping of in storms? 2. When installing the clips on the roof, you pre install have u ever had issues with battens rolling and twisting clips out of alignment? Also perhaps their is a lack of straight or square edges to work from, do u use a string line in the gutter then use the sheet edge to set the first sheet, clip the first clips in place to the sheet square it up,screw it down, unclip the sheet,set it, then start the sheeting that way. Other than no dry pan for your edge sheets, great video..

at the 31:45 mark u talk about apron flashing to a wall...do u just nail it into the wall and into the roof sheets? then caulk around the perimeter of the sheets contacting the wall for leak proofing?

Depends on the setup, if you are running your apron from a wall without a roof on top you will need to use a pressure flashing calked to the wall, if there's a roof above without gutter, say a corrugated roof you will just cut the apron flush with the bottom of the sheets above and you won't need to caulk

I stuffed up my top corners :( Any tips on how to fix/cover it up. I was thinking of just making a small cap piece to cover over the whole corner?

Thanks mate, great video.. However I have a question please, Do you need to put silicone sealant around the notched out line where they meet with the roof sheets?

x x . Hi there. In my experience, as long as you do a neat enough job of notching out the flashings around the ribs of the sheets and the sheets are turned up properly, you do not require silicone in this section. 😊regards Daz
