I have a 03 element trying to install fog lights but when I plug the power wire into the fuse box the switch stays on all the time. The power wire has a 30amp fuse if add a line to a 10amp fuse will it blow the 10amp fuse because the fog light kit has a higher fuse rating of 30amps?

Dim They are called city lights. Most USDM cars come standard. You can wire that style into your park lights
