Thanks for the vid, it was a great help I also have another issue I'd like you to help me with Each time I turn Linux in virtual box and run any updates or upgrades and turn off Linux, the next time I turn it on all the updates are gone, been happening for sometime now and I have spent alot of data updating each time please help me with a permanent fix

After finished using did u directly shutdown the laptop or did u log off the kali linux first

You don’t have to shutdown the pc. Just restart the vm

Premade vm is just plug and play Installer takes about 20mins (depends on your pc hardware and allocated resources though)
