I bought my Kangen Machine in 2017 and been using this alone. About 3 weeks ago the faucet attached to the machine started to sprout a lot of water when I turn it up to the desired flow according to the machine. is there a coil missing ? My friend who sold me this machine passed away late last year after a massive stroke. Any help? Thank you so much for responding to my message.

I just installed LeveLuk SD501 and on the Quick Guide is telling me to add electrolytes enhancer but it didn't come with it. Is it mandatory? Or where should I get it from? I do appreciate your time.

Thank you of course it is the best practice for me to call the Kangen suppliers Sydney (for me) and asked about options and of course $$$ or cost for budget limits.... yep I will do exactly that. I will not be drilling any new faucet holes into kitchen bench uumm but thanks for the tips ano👍🏽

When I went to the kangen place and I told them the problem they knew exactly what I needed for the faucet...so it's like a blank faucet specially made for the kangen...I also tried looking at Lowe's and couldn't find anything like this.

I use a solenoid valve under the sink and a wireless switch. Just made a hole for the hose. It looks very nice and there is no coil of hose on the countertop. The device stands directly above the hole.

People have asked a very simple question and I haven't seen a very simple answer yet. Wherever they produce this particular item, it should have some sort of name that separates it from other products. It's like if someone wanted to contact you about something you're interested in and your contact info was given as "human being someplace on Earth." Do you see how that isn't helpful at all? A name and part number should be easily identifiable on the package or manual.
