Try to find the APK version as per your device ABIS/Architecture (ARM64/ARM V8a/ARM7). If it's a 32bit APK then it's not guaranteed to install.

Is that APK file is 32bit? If yes then it's not guaranteed It has AMR64 or AMR V8A ABI so you can install it on your device

If the app doesn't open, it's likely a different error unrelated to installation. App functionality isn't guaranteed as older apps are designed for older hardware or architectures. It will only work if your app that you are Installing supports ARM-V8 architecture.
