I don’t have a heated steering wheel but I’d imagine it’ll work. There’ll prolly be just more wires in the wheel you’ll have to worry about.

the shifting from the stick is super rough and jerky as is idk if the paddle shifters will fix that but if they don't, im afraid of the life of my transmission

The paddle shifters won’t help the shifting of the transmission unfortunately. These cars are econoboxes and they’re equipped with econobox transmissions:( They are built for a daily driver that makes 180hp. They will last a long time though!
