How to Install Pop! OS on ANY PC

When I launch from the flash drive and I click try or install pop os it gives me am error

I just finished installing Pop! OS, the final step is to restart the device, or shut down and start later. When I restart the device a screen showing Try or Install Pop! OS appears. From what I've seen this is just a normal thing that happens, then when the white text starts flashing through the screen, between all of the OK's there is one Failed I can see for a brief moment. Then the Pop! OS installer shows again as if I hadn't installed it before. How do I make it go away, since all of the functionality is there, why does it keep asking me to install?

Which linux kernel are you using? I'm also using surface pro but seems like the touchscreen and stylus don't work well.
