hey would you tell me where did you connect wires from IGN sw (Batt terminal, Stater, Wire from neutral safety switch, and Acc wire) on the new push botton? your camera does not have very good resolution so i couldn't see those wires. Else you do not have to removed the old switch to install the new one?

Great video! Did you have previous experience? Would you say that with patience and time some amateur (no electrical experience whatsoever) could get this done? If mistakes are made what can go wrong, in a sense of critical damage to the vehicle?

Is that universal or is it vehicle specific and dose the button light go off or does it stay on ?

how is the passive door entry working? seems like that range wasnt that great in the video you had to be standing at the door and there was a hesitation... i have been think about getting this kit for a while now.

Your right. I was a little disappointed with the range until this month. I had to replace the remote battery. After replacing the ranged doubled its a little boggling

Hey! How is that system treating you? I have an autoloc on my camaro and have nothing but headaches. No power to the dash/ womt start which required a shop visit both times.

Hi @cray3027. Sorry to hear about your issues with your autoloc system. I'm sure that's very aggravating. So far the only thing that bothered me, was getting the sensitivity on the alarm system right. I jumped out of my shorts a few times bumping into it in the garage. These guys did a great job with this system in my opinion. I hope the shop got your issues worked out?

Good job. Very helpful for the novice. Always place an inline fuse near the battery positive connection to prevent a short or a fire. A 30 amp fuse would be good. Also there is no reason to run a ground all the way to the battery. The entire truck body is grounded. Since your old dash is metal it is grounded to negative. You can make a short ground wire to any metal as long as it is clean and free of paint. BTW your truck sounds great!

Sorry you had bad luck with a Chinese version. I have been In a similar situation with a piwis I purchased from China for my porsche. That is why I choose to use digital guard dog for my push button start application on the 68 chevy here. It has been installed for quite a while now and I must say. I absolutely love this kit and recommend it to everyone. I think you should give them a try brother. 😉

I actually did invest in a better camera recently. I wanted to hit 1k subscribers before getting serious. It's a major pain in the butt to do these videos to begin with and it makes the job time so much longer. But I am getting better with it each time. Thanks for your feedback and your support.
