Putty works for a limited period of time....it will logout n thus it shows the putty fatal error....the best way to reduce your load....is to save the public ip address in putty....n just open it from there !

You don't need any of this for Windows 10 since it has Powershell with integrated bash. just type for example "ssh raspberry@pi" and fill in a paswd. assuming its already connected to a LAN via eth0 or wlan
