I'm having trouble i had it working i setup it up exactly using the steps in this video but does the router have to have internet how can I setup the camera to work off local offline wifi please tell me how there is hardly any support for this device I paid alot for it on Amazon

Wonder how when buying from Soliom model s600 it costs $120 but when buying from others, its $80? Why much price differences? Does Soliom desire users to buy more from other stores and less from Soliom? Then, do not buy from Soliom? Also their discount codes were for -$ 5.00 not $10 SAVEJ10? Their discount code SKI10 showed as not valid codes? With the virtual cellular SIM card Format Nano-sim 4FF 0.48''x0.35''x0.026'' provided then, do we still need any 8 - 128G micro sd cards? CAUTION: you can only only format a 32 GB micro SD card through the Soliom app. A 64 GB card must be formatted in a computer with formatting software.

I didn't understand how to format SD card in the app? mine gives me an error that play device not found when I switch from Cloud to SD card. No list of recorded videos to view?

It will only format a micro SD card that is 32 gb in the app. For a 64 gb card you need to format the card on a computer with free downloadable software. I had the same problem.

Cam goes back to seller. When in standby u cant access anymore. IP connection lost all 10minutes. Ubox app crashes whole phone. Better buy eufy.
