Thanks for posting this simple solution. Mine just arrived and during set up I kept looking at the components thinking, “Uhhh, I’m going to need to get a lot stronger a lot faster if I’m going to get THAT cable into the groove of the pulley.” D’oh.

This is great. It's a no-brainer that evaded me to the point I almost threw it away. My wife had somehow knocked the cable off, so I took the cable connection bolt off thinking I'd just put it back in the pulley, but there's no way I could generate enough tension to get it connected again. The last thing in the world I would have thought of was to simply lift the pedals to get some slack. Now my wife actually thinks I'm useful :)

The instruction manual says to regularly lubricate the stepper, but I am unsure how to do that and what lubricant to use. Can you please make a video demonstrating how?
