Thanks! I think it really helps on Trailrunner, much more than Sendero/Trailwalker. The heavier body helps to limit the rear wheel slip that I noticed with Sendero/Trailwalker.

I recommend going with 11.83% overdrive option unless you spend most of your time just trail runs, then stay with 5.78% OD.

I just recently opened up my Element Enduro Sendero, my main rig, which has been running the 11.83% OD for last year. I have put tons of miles and abuse on that one, but the gears looked clean. If it makes it more comfortable, they have the alloy version as well, but to be honest, I am not sure it is needed.
