How to Install the NetBeans IDE and Java JDK on Windows 11

For those who are encountering this problem, don't follow the shortcut he provided ( I wish he didn't, spent so long to figure it out), go from control panelinstead and follow those steps.

Sir, I have downloaded and installed the NetBeans IDE, as well as Java, on my Windows system. Everything seems to be set up correctly as I can see the NetBeans icons on my windows home screen.
