I have pulled my thigh muscle off the bone; and the muscle that is over the hip area also has been affected. Pain killers do their job but only temporarily and I would rather have them but however i simply HAVE to do some exercises to help free the spasms in my left leg. If you have any movement exercises please put them up like this knee one as my knee gets residual pain I need to get well quick and i am making progress thank you so much for what you do put up for all of us who think its over.

I started gua shua a few months ago, and it’s amazing! I had so many adhesions!!

I take adhd meds and I’ve noticed it causes my knee circulation to worsen when stressed. Is this normal, and will these exercises help with that? When they have been really bad ( blue-blackish at worst ) I’ve guessed at stretches and see some relief but it’s only temporary and goes away in minutes. You are the only one that I’ve seen who I feel that can help me. Please respond when you get the chance❤️

Using the spoon to improve lymph and blood flow from below the knee and upward, shouldn't one be pretty cautious about pressure over varicos veins? Would it be better to do the same proceedure with just fingers?

Your videos are so helpful! What strength deficiency or imbalance would cause triggerpoints throughout the medial thigh on a regular basis? I strength train and stretch glutes, quads, hammies, ab/adductors calves, arches and core a variety of ways, and work on the knots, but they keep returning. Suggestions?

Just want to share, there's this Chinese thing calles gua sha. It uses the same method scraping, pressing / pushing on the tensed nerves / muscles to loosen it. Its really similar, the application is jade instead of metel so it may feel better(?)

I have a torn medial meniscus that a doctor said won't heal without surgery but I'm afraid to be put to sleep and I was reading that the blood flow to the meniscus is the reason it won't heal on its own I've been having problems with it for about 3 months now will these exercises you show help?
@oranje934211 ай бұрын
Hey man I have a few questions. 6 months ago I did a grade 3 tear of the Lcl knee. I did not have surgery. My recent scans said it was intact and interval healing. But I also have focal chondrosis and plica syndrome ? If u could explain these terms and how it impacts would be great. And also the only pain I feel is the kneecap when I bend to do squatting. I am still not able to return to light cardio/ football. My physio hasn’t been upgrading my exercises despite improvement I feel a bit stuck.

Can I use the spoon behind my knee?
@aaliyahbuggg11 ай бұрын
I have a question and this may sound weird, but will this help my knees from popping every 5 seconds? Whenever I strech or sit down and stand back up my knees always crack. It doesnt hurt, but it is starting to get annoying. Is that normal?
@DrRowe11 ай бұрын
What you want to do is similar to what I did towards the end (with the muscle scraping). Stop before you hear the pop/clicking, and scrap over the area. Keep repeating over and over again, and you'll probably find you can move your knee without the clicking. Hope it helps!
