Hi. Please can you do something on forward rotation of the hips? Mine are permanently rotated forward due to a nasty accident a few years ago. It offsets everything else, my back, hamstrings and hip flexors. They are permanently tight and extremely painful. Thank you very much ❤️

Just found these videos and PRAYING it helps! I’m a very active 66 year old and work as an accompanist at a middle school. Most of the summer my right hip all the way to my toes has been SO painful! I began having numbness in my foot. Seeing a chiropractor more often and hoping that, along with these exercises helps. We think I have a severely pinched nerve somewhere. Can’t live with this much pain and I HATE taking any drugs.

Great exercises. I have just completed these, and with my injuries and fibromyalgia, I am managing most of them. Its the 90/90 that I can't seem to master, but that just means that I have to focus more on mastering them - no worries. Thanks for always offering us a great and simple set of exercises to get ourselves moving again. Im going to work on this daily now. I, for one, really appreciate all of your efforts.

Ok, so I’m the last 10 minutes I’ve done almost all of these (as I said desperate to be free of this pain) and I ALREADY feel a difference. Going to do these three times a day and hope I’ll be able to return to my school job Monday.

This is exactly the problem I've been having! I just assumed it was sciatica! Using a lacrosse ball and pointed massage tool on my affected glute has been the only thing that worked for me. Definitely going to try these stretches the next time it acts up!

This really helped me. The floor stretch was difficult due to total knee replacement last summer. Need to stretch hip on same side as replacement, any floor stretching that doesn’t require my knee to twist? Thanks so much!

Thank you for this video. I have fibromyalgia and have daily pain and stiffness. I find if I'm lying down and bring a leg above my body my legs are very bent and can not straighten them, what could the reason be, any ideas? I have pain on the sides of my thighs too so can't lie on my side to exercise. I just need some relief but don't know how to go about it. Thank you for all your hard work.

This actually made sense after I tried it. Left hip always gets to me so i felt pretty skeptical about anything that he was looking to try but.. I’m wrong. I’m impressed by the fact and can’t say that it’s often enough to admit to. This really makes me feel like checking out a couple more videos just to see what else works. Love this guy. Definitely worth trying what he’s doing here. 10$ Im right.. or he is.. Whatever. Have a better night than usual if nothing else but for checking out this Muscle Guy. I approve this message. Recently been getting sharp pain when walking in the right hip upper thigh on the bone itself and when seated it also feels tense and burning sensations . I didnt know that being in a seated position can bring on these issues and i also always sleep on that side :/ Im going to try these movements and hopefully they will help me as its really getting to me. Thanks for the videos mate.

I was just suffering from hip pain in both hips 😳 I stretch em when I can but the pain is like having 2 hot fire pokers jabbed right in both hip joints 😭 to the extent to where I'm immobile 😳 so good idea 👍

Few days ago i felt the pain in the hips and thigh area and now the muscle of thigh is stiff and feels like swell. I massage it but still it feels like swells and tight. I don't know what to do? Doctor, I have been suffering from an injury since a year now 😢 I got injured because of the wrong way of stretching 😢 and I am getting muscle pain oftenly and I can't tolerate anymore, I feel like when will I get as flexible and strong as I was before 😭 I want to do ballet moves again but I can't even do splits now 😢 I consulted two doctors but none of them worked for me 😢 please help me if possible 😭😭 I had worked so hard for two years to get strong and flexible and my all hard work turned into a lose 😭

This is so relatable. Although I am runner not a dancer. Try passive Psoas release. Stress about your stretching injury can lead to more pain and tighten the Psoas muscle, which brings in a host of other issues..Try calming your Psoas and mind and see what happens.
