Hi. Please can you do something on forward rotation of the hips? Mine are permanently rotated forward due to a nasty accident a few years ago. It offsets everything else, my back, hamstrings and hip flexors. They are permanently tight and extremely painful. Thank you very much ❤️

Just found these videos and PRAYING it helps! I’m a very active 66 year old and work as an accompanist at a middle school. Most of the summer my right hip all the way to my toes has been SO painful! I began having numbness in my foot. Seeing a chiropractor more often and hoping that, along with these exercises helps. We think I have a severely pinched nerve somewhere. Can’t live with this much pain and I HATE taking any drugs.

Great exercises. I have just completed these, and with my injuries and fibromyalgia, I am managing most of them. Its the 90/90 that I can't seem to master, but that just means that I have to focus more on mastering them - no worries. Thanks for always offering us a great and simple set of exercises to get ourselves moving again. Im going to work on this daily now. I, for one, really appreciate all of your efforts.

This is exactly the problem I've been having! I just assumed it was sciatica! Using a lacrosse ball and pointed massage tool on my affected glute has been the only thing that worked for me. Definitely going to try these stretches the next time it acts up!

Thank you for this video. I have fibromyalgia and have daily pain and stiffness. I find if I'm lying down and bring a leg above my body my legs are very bent and can not straighten them, what could the reason be, any ideas? This actually made sense after I tried it. Left hip always gets to me so i felt pretty skeptical about anything that he was looking to try but.. I’m wrong. Recently been getting sharp pain when walking in the right hip upper thigh on the bone itself and when seated it also feels tense and burning sensations . I didnt know that being in a seated position can bring on these issues and i also always sleep on that side :/ Im going to try these movements and hopefully they will help me as its really getting to me. This is so relatable. Although I am runner not a dancer. Try passive Psoas release. Stress about your stretching injury can lead to more pain and tighten the Psoas muscle, which brings in a host of other issues..Try calming your Psoas and mind and see what happens.
