Surfe is a web application that you'll need to access via their website.

Well, I can't say there's no risk. Any time you integrate another tool, you are giving them a certain amount of access. But I'm happy with the low level of risk considering the benefit.

Thanks for sharing. Do you know if Surfe violates LinkedIn's terms of service? I've had multiple issues with LinkedIn plugins like this one that have gotten my account suspended.

I can't say I'm familiar with LinkedIn's Ts&Cs to be honest. I haven't run into issues yet.

Im about to sign up for surfe. Before I do, do you know if message responses automatically sync with pipedrive? Say I send a message & sync, will the whol conversation sync as well? I ask as I would like to set up automations for conversations that dont progress.

Yes, the entire conversation should sync.

I'm not sure. It makes sense to connect LinkedIn to a CRM though so I don't see why not.

@@minor-co linkedin hasnt been all that friendly in exposing their data to 3rd parties. the "export to CRM" option may set off some flags, even though its a completely sensible feature that should be part of the linkedin service, its hasnt been an option ive seen before.
