I am a student nurse and watch all your videos, the way you explain is fantastic. The last few days my HR has been 128-137 where normally around 70 for me, chest pains, light headedness, short of breath and a general “off” feeling.. so I went to the doctors yesterday and they did an ECG and said I have a RBBB.... I knew I could find Information about this on your channel. Thank you for helping me understand my condition in more depth.... now to just see what / how for me to live with it!

Once again, you made this so much easier to understand. Bundle Branch blocks for some reason are very complex for me and I take more time than others before it finally sinks in. Thanks to your unique teaching methods, I can refresh myself on almost any subject at a faster rate and you also make it easier to remember. I fancy the way you go back through everything and express things clearly and concise. Because of these videos, it's like having your own personal instructor on hand when I find myself getting a bit cloudy, simply put. Please accept my gratitude and compliments on helping me as well as many others. Having you as an instructor in school would have been a god send. Cheers again and kind regards. Jason T. Kansas City.

Hello Jason :) Thank you so much for your kind words. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos. I know you have watched many of them and have left me such amazing comment on them. THANK YOU very much for that. Bundle branch blocks gave me a time when I first started learning them but then they finally clicked, so I know what you mean. Again, thank you for the kind comment and for your viewership!

Nurse Sara. You are so very welcome. I appreciate the time you took once again to respond to my comment. I wish you had time for questions as well but your videos speak for themselves, and I am still getting started on a majority of them. So far, all is well with understanding your methodology of teaching but, that is no surprise as I have found these tutorials to be invaluable. I will keep watching and lave more comments. Thank you again for all you do.

At the end, in the lateral leads, what are you considering slurred and wide for the S wave? To me they all look narrow, small, and sharp. And, are you counting the QRS complex to the j point or beyond... It looks like you are counting beyond that?
@RegisteredNurseRN
@RegisteredNurseRN 9 жыл бұрын
+Kimberly Marine Thanks for watching my video, Kimberly. In lead I, they are slurred (slanting and slightly long) but in aVL, V5, V6 they are very slightly (you really have to be able to count it in person...probably hard for you to see in the video) but you get a better view in lead I. Thanks for your question. Best wishes in your studies!

This research article discusses the ototoxticity with Lasix www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7042998 and this article on Wikipedia talks about ototoxicity with Lasix under the loop diuretic part: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ototoxicity I hope that helps further your research.
