I don't know actually the minimum amount. For FESEM, very small amounts work. BTW, in mg is too much

You just simply write the following information 1. What is the shape? either spheres, rods, fibres, cubic, .... 2. Size means diameter, radius, height, length, etc.. 3. Distribution of the particles, whether randomly or uniform 4. Surface texture whether smooth or rough ... The list goes on .....

​@@qamarwali I have some SEM images in low zoom 300 um (and I need to interpret the particles less and equal to 2.5 um, should I doing again the analysis or I can zoom it with this Software?? Answer please 🥺

@djedidmana3405 I think you can repeat the SEM analysis but report what you have in hand. You can also take help from XRD or TEM to confirm the particle size. For better analysis, take the SEM images at very different magnification.....

Does the fiber been coated by Au or Pt?

Not initially but during the FESEM analysis we do coat it wit O Pt
