CRP is the exact opposite of my father. CRP has mastered life and is a great teacher. I love my dear old dad, and may he rest in peace, but he knew absolutely nothing about life and never once taught me a lesson. He actually vetoed decisions my friends and I made to solve my problems with bullies, finances, social life, etc. If CRP is your dad and you don't maximize the time you spend with him, then you are wasting an opportunity that most of us wish we had when growing up.
@vecxio8070 Жыл бұрын
Same here. I really do love my dad, and he's still alive thankfully, but he's very oblivious to how life works, he's almost 60 and never does he have a good piece of advice to offer, he's a helpless nice guy beta, I adore and respect him for how disciplined and good person he is, and he's helped me tremendously in certain things in the past, but I see CRP kind of like my second dad, he's clever, bold and is actually successful and happy. He gets crazy from time to time, however most of what he preaches is so profound and true. Without CRP I'd be lost.

In the USA it's the same with mobile homes verses houses. Dollar for dollar you can't beat mobile homes for rentals. Houses cost more and the property taxes are a lot higher with about the same income.

I definately would love to have a bar of gold over a house.. im a jeweller and I could squeeze money out of that bar like crazy 🤣🤣
@ivandovranic5834 Жыл бұрын
Yes, with that particular set of skills at your disposal, a bar of gold is definitely worth more than a house. He was however talking from the point of view of an investor, aiming for a long term revenue stream from his asset. For him that's definitely the house, not a bar of gold which (unlike someone with your skillset) he can sell off and nothing more.

Property investment is a very slow process..I have 4 properties..been at it for 10 years...I'm almost fed up with it and want to sell them all. It's slow.. you don't see income..and you will be in your mid 40s u till you see decent sums of profits. Ofc...if you have a good start and your parents help..then the ROIs accelerates .
