Thanks for covering investing in property. I've been hesitant to invest because I was not sure that I understood how it worked. You've solved that problem. Cheers!

So if you've an ISA account on Vanguard UK you will need to use another platform to invest in the REITs market?

I own two properties, and I hate it when the phone rings, and it’s a repair what’s needed, so I’ve started to invest in a us company called reality income, and what I like about it is it’s a monthly dividend

Gotta love REITs! In my opinion it would work out better than buying a house for most people.

My favorite REIT is ETF Vaneck TRET 😍🥰 and STOR as a single stock 🎉🥳

I was looking at that this week, is it still a buy?

I always felt that investing in REITs was just like another stock... nothing quite beats owning bricks and mortar in my opinion. Great video 😀👍

REITs are certainly interesting!! Not sure i fully understand them yet to jump in

If you were starting from scratch with sinking funds what would you prioritise - the only one I have is Christmas and even that has not accumulated enough this year - that said, although I am (on paper) broke, it is the first year in a long while where I’ve not had to fund Christmas on the credit card, as I have been selling like a Trojan on eBay - so I think that is a win!

I've been thinking about developing a dividend portfolio in my Stocks and Shares ISA with a lot of individual REITs stock. Will the dividend accumulated and reinvested back count towards the £20,000 limit per year?

You should really run a check up, I diversify though, spreading across currency pairs too and TSLA stocks really shot, I make over $300k annually with working with a licensed expert I met through an IPO Eddy Bruke, you can look him up

Interesting video. Just to note BLND have not paid dividends since the pandemic like many companies this year. The dividend yield seems high but of course is relative to the last dividend payment in February to its current price which is below the average February price. Just something to watch for currently.

What are your thoughts on European property market? For example iShares European Property fund. Would you only focus on U.K./US companies / funds?

This is a great video - thanks for sharing. Personally, when it comes to index funds, I believe the stock equities generally have better returns over long time periods, but diversifying into real estate is a great risk balancer!

REITs just aren’t as interesting as owning some bricks and mortar. I’ve got the property bug since buying my first rental investment earlier this year, so maybe I’m biased 😅

Hi Jenny. You mentioned that you have your use with Vangard. Is there anything stopping someone from also transferring other past Isa's from ten years ago to another platform lets say HL and continuing with Vangard with future use isa investments. What I'm trying to get at is to not exceed the FSCS limit with a particular company.
