I am 100% going to save this for later because I use a ps3 and started looking into jailbreaks due to the hinderances people in a spider-man craze have on the ps3 now. I definitely need to look into the game file options more beforehand as my main concern is the dlc add ins that are no longer available. If you know a link or something that could help that would be fantastic!

Hello, I'm seeing a lot of pages that are telling me that my super slim (4001c) is not able to be jailbroken, yet you say that you're jailbreaking a super slim during your video. Could you take a stab at explaining why this might be? If you foresee an IP problem, I'd love if you could recommend some sort of setting to make this a bit safer for my system; I obviously don't want it to brick.

Each time I try go to 'Update from Storage Media' I get a 'No applicable update data was found.' The device has definitely been detected and the firmware is up to 4.90, unsure what the issue could be with that.

Hey listen you probably won’t check this but I did a stupid mistake and clicked reset on the xploit page after constantly having to reinstall the update and now the page just won’t start the hen download and the update won’t actually enable hen? Any Suggestions?

I have always been courtious about jailbreaking my PS3. Is this HFW Hen similar to PSP CFW where every time you turn the console off, it needs to be renabled? And can you, if needed, revert back to stock firmware without bricking the system? As you said that it will disable Blu Ray media. Is that movies and games or just movies?

Yes, every time the PS3 boots HEN must be enabled. There are a number of ways to get a PS3 back to stock after having HEN installed none really pose a brick risk. And yeah only movies get disabled by this update by default. Hoping to put out a vid on restoring Blu-Ray playback soon!

HEEEEEELLLLPPP! I've tried EVERYTHING to get "Masquerade The Baubles of Doom PSN" to work on HEN 4.90 PS3. Does anyone have a solution to the License??? I've tried copying the EDAT file over using multiman and resigning but no luck. I've got it working on my FAT PS3 4.82 REBUG but my son's PS3 I just can't get working. Thx in advance!

Boot the secondary account enable HEN. Choose game in webman. Clear history and sys calls. Switch to main account. That's my process.

I use to have this problem back in the day. I guess it depends on what brand of usb. But the problem i was having no files were showing up. So what I did was remove everything out of a folder, then my ps3 was able to find the files.
