Thank God you made a video. I have worked for myself for years training horses, and teaching piano lessons. Now I am going back to my college degree and work experience from that time for a great job opportunity for my second interview. Thank you so much... it doesn't say Cisco it just says join and then two blue choices what is that for? Do I need to download both of them? I see the single green join on my phone and a meeting password. I assume since it's a phone they will call or just press join.

Thorough explanation of basic features, thank you. I need to know about choosing different views using Webex version 40.8.1.240081016. Using it for class, and the host did not remain fixed on the screen, but participant views rotated throughout. Distracting!

Is there a video of how to Join Meeting with Samsung Galaxy Android phone? Calif Office of Tax Appeals uses WebEx and the first time, I could see the participants but not use the audio in my phone unless I called in. Does the Blue tooth have to be off and the hotspot on? This is not necessary to participate in Zoom mtgs. WebEx is a lot harder to use on phones than Zoom.

Hi , useful video - thanks. When you mention downloading the desktop app do you mean the app which allows scheduling meetings etc or Webex.exe which seems not to have a user interface ?

What is the recommended way for a participant to enlarge their screen (zoom) when the meeting leader or participant has shared a document that is difficult to see?

Tell the presenter they need to zoom. Most MS apps have a slider in the bottom right to do this, browsers and adobe products etc can use ctrl + "+" or "-" depending which direction to zoom. It's up to the presenter to make sure everyone can see the material well. A lot of times this stuff happens, the presenter is using a higher resolution monitor than average meeting attendees and thus the items look smaller in a meeting. Them zooming will fix this.

If you join the meeting first and enter an attendee ID you can do it from the Webex App. For this reason I suggest having the Webex call you back so you know sure its properly linked. You can click a webex link in an email on a mobile phone as well and it should prompt you to download the app if you don't already have it installed.

I would close and re launch the meeting for starters. You might have to enable video. Look for the camera icon at the bottom of the screen and tap that.

This is likely a setting at your organization level. I would check with your administrator. Additionally only the host of the meeting has recording controls

If you have a paid corporate version you should certainly be able to go higher. I would contact your reseller or Cisco account team to clear it up

Verify you have joined the audio and that your computer speakers are working. If not, perhaps dial in or have the meeting call you on the phone
