Hey bro.. I have been provisionally selected for l&t get role through on campus drive. I have cleared my 12th in 2019 with 63% and again appeared next year for an improvement exam and finally got 73%. Will this create any problem during documents verification? I have uploaded my improvement exam marksheet on their portal. Other can also help if they know something.

If you are provisionally selected and no objection from HR ends then. It is ok. These eligibility criteria are considered during the application process and shortlisting for assessment. And lastly they can also alter the eligibility criteria if they want to hire.
