So I'm on the Intuit webpage and signed in. In the "support" "Community" "Discussions" "Taxes" "Get your taxes done" on the right half of the page is a boxed area to "sign in". Why the f#@k do I need to "sign in"???? I can see a the top right corner of the webpage indication that I'm signed in....

The captcha isn't working. How do I get past this section

I just want to file my taxes and this stupid captcha isn't working when I hit that I'm not a robot section or box the captcha part pops up with no pictures but it wants me to verify how can I verify something that's invisible

Not an intuitive interface. Who would guess that someone with an account at Intuit needs to perform a confirmation that they would like to be qualified to ask a product question???? Qualified by clicking a "button" far down on the "support" page. If they don't do this then you're not qualified to ask a question..... SMFs
