Best hint for me is 2:20 always point the tips to the outside after each catch. Especially focusing on my weak hand which naturally wants to go inside then the clubs move towards inside. Great hint to remember continuously!

Hello Jitesh, The perfect ring for you depends a bit on your body type and strength. Overall Dube Airflite rings and Play Juggling rings are a safe bet.

Thank you Niels! Your pattern is so low with doubles...does it matter that youre using short handles? I have long handles short body and my pattern gets naturally much higher. Maybe wrist training needed?

double spins give you a little bit more hight which helps when you start juggling 4 clubs

You can do the same patterns with single spins. I have found that double spins give you the best amount of time when starting out. After I could do this in double spins I dropped down to single spins.
