This video contains 5 simple exercises to help you improving your jump power. If you wanna jump more, and you don't know how to do it, give this workout a go! I've been doing this routine for many years and I felt that definitely helped me out on my parkour. Remember, this is only one set, you can increase the set of 5 exercises up to 3 or even 5 times per workout.
Remember that resting is as important as working out, and besides this legs workout, remember to always push your jumps to the limit, where you can actually give your max jump a go!
For this workout all you need is stairs and you can start this 5 simple exercises after a little warm up!
