Love your vids young man! Just got my mat and money rope yesterday, The mat is awesome- I used it for about an hour, and can really tell a difference on my old legs! The money rope is a lot lighter than what I was using and it is forcing me to adjust my timing because it comes around a lot quicker,the handles are very ergonomic and feel great. I can see double-unders on the horizon! OK had to come back and update this, the mat is just awesome, after doing 20 hit sets yesterday, my almost 70 year old legs feel great, and I just did another 16 sets ! On top of that my first Doubleunder! Rushie I am totally hooked on this now! Thanks to you, from the bottom of my heart.

This guy is a coach for real. Seriously. I mean, this is skipping made fun and simple. Just got mine a few days back.. I saw some people doing tricks on Instagram and I wanted to do that stuff but I just could not execute them all too well with those bearing ropes and this whole time I have been blaming myself when it was the ropes. The money rope changed all of that. Thanks for the ropes and thanks for the videos. I can genuinely say that your followers truly love you.

Hi Rush, I'm 46 and just began jumping rope for the first time about a week ago. I came across your channel after seeing a video of Floyd Mayweather jumping rope. I really appreciate how you break things down to their basic moves. Would you happen to have a beginner's video that shows you explaining things that beginners can do to break up the monotony of the basic jump, i.e. beginner footwork, beginner tricks etc.? Thanks for all your hard work putting this channel together.

Thanks for this great tutorial, Rush! As you point out in the video (around 02:45), your RIGHT arm should be on top if you do the one-side-swing to your LEFT HAND SIDE. And that is a key difference between this move and the normal side swing, because when you do the normal left swing to the LEFT HAND SIDE, your LEFT arm is on top. I think that's why this move is so challenging to learn. It can be a bit confusing in the beginning.
@RushAthleticsTV
@RushAthleticsTV 6 жыл бұрын
arjanioo well pointed out bro! You’re absolutely right. This move really messes with the brain a bit and becomes very challenging if you can’t train it to think of the mechanics. That’s why it’s always best to start slow and get that muscle memory 😀👍🏽👍🏽
