Hey Stephanie, everything in your home just looks so cozy. I absolutely love everything you have done thus far. Thanks for the info on the bread (L=hair). We buy Nature's Own also. But we buy the 100% whole grain and like yours, ours does not have that in the ingredients. But thanks for keeping us in the loop.❤

You'll never know how on time this is!! I had a spill in my oven, then my son turned it to 350 (smoke everywhere). So I'm at a dilemma on what exactly to use and here comes your thumbnail. Working from home today so already sprayed my pink stuff, will add dawn then the paste. Thank you so very much😊

I hate it when that happens! The smoke seems endless!!! I’m glad that the motivation came on time Trina🤗

Happy New Year! Peace & blessings for you & your family ❤️ I recently purchased some cleaning supplies like the microfiber cloths, gloves & more. I'm about to get my Dawn & vinegar so I can get to work. I now understand that creating systems & properly storing things makes life & cleaning so much easier. I even plan to get a large dry erase boards to visually communicate with my family so they too can get injured with the new things I'm abut tu enforce. 1 band 1 sound 😅 Thank you Ms. Stephanie! Have a wonderful day..

All things should be written down. In agency when they said a minimum of a dollar amount means you will pay them the amount regardless of the time spent. 30:48 you are paying for the booking. After the minimum then they go hourly. If a server drives 40 minutes and their charge is $20 it doesn’t make money sense to do an hour job. Plumbers, electrician and others will charge you a trip charge. If you agree to a minimum of 4 hours then you owe that worker for the hours. Making that minimum also deters for cancellation once they walk up to the door. Once you book you owe the minimum. They drove 40 minutes and all I get is $20 when they could have book another job. Stuff happens yes but they are feeding families.

I totally disagree with this comment. I’m not sure what agency is… doesn’t sound like you live in the U.S… but you don’t charge somebody for a hour that you didn’t stay when you’re charging them BY THE HOUR, that’s just wrong. If you get paid regardless of the time spent, then that’s a flat rate and not by the hour.

Ok that’s find just saying what that term means when a business says minimum. I don’t what they agreed on or their understanding. Get what you expect in writing to be clear.

Hello, L cysteine is an amino acid that's is use in many items including medication. Is the building block of protein in our system. Could you put the link below for the information that your subscribers refer the is hair of dirty animals.
@AloveforhomewithStephanie8 күн бұрын
Hi, L-Cysteine is amino acid. But it comes from sources such as human air, and animal hair. When I say dirty animals, I mean animals that are considered unclean as far as the biblical dietary laws that I follow… such as ducks, hogs etc. and human hair is dirty as well. It’s a simple google search and it explains L- Cysteine.

Heyyy Stephanie! Loved the video! Yes we have to watch these ingredients. I didn’t know how demonic this food system is until I got into the WORD and started keeping the dietary law. I know you probably already know but for others’ awareness, also look for carmine and castoreum. Just crazy! I enjoyed and have a great day!❤

Heyyyy Nolisa sis! It’s great to see you girl! Yeah, it’s real evil out here when it comes to the food, it’s sad. But it’s a good thing that we live in the age of information so that we can stay in the know… Praise the almighty YAH!

Can you please suggest ways I can clean my kitchen cupboards with grease stains that will not go away but not ruin them because they are painted. I’ve tried dawn dish soap, vinegar, dawn and water with magic eraser but it just will NOT go away. Im thinking about using a scrub daddy next as someone suggested. Please help! Nice video btw
@AloveforhomewithStephanie10 күн бұрын
Hiii! Thank you 😊 Yeah, if you use a scrub daddy it will more than likely take the paint off. You could dry scrubbing bubbles and let it sit for a bit before wiping. There’s also something called greased lighting you could try as well. If neither of those work, then they will just likely need to be repainted and in the future, clean the grease away immediately to prevent buildup again. Let me know what worked once you work on it. Painted cabinets can be tricky.
Good morning ❤❤ This is a great video I'm from Colorado I'm starting a cleaning business and I'm having a hard time coming up with how to change a flat rate for customers and suggestions would greatly appreciate so I charge $40 an hour with a 2 hour minimum
@AloveforhomewithStephanie9 күн бұрын
Congratulations on starting your business! I’m not sure if you’re asking me if you should charge $40 an hour or if you’re saying you already do… there isn’t a question mark or a period. But if you’re asking, the lady in the video that I was addressing said that her cleaning lady charges $40 an hour. I wasn’t saying that’s what anyone should charge because idk. What you charge should be based on your skill level. I charge $85 an hour with a two hour minimum, but that’s my skill level because I can guarantee that my clients will always be happy with the way that I clean. That’s also based on my experience, my technique etc… so what you charge depends on a few things. $40 is fair though, if your level is moderate, but $25 is where you want to be if you know that you’re not a true pro and that your attention to detail is not top notch. Charging a flat rate comes with time once you learn how to gage it based on the need of the customer and your conversation with them and what you do and don’t offer in your business.

My guess is that cleaning lady is saying in her own way that she won’t take a cleaning job for less than $160.
@AloveforhomewithStephanie9 күн бұрын
Right, but she can’t cheat the customer. If she’s going to charge by the hour and make it minimum of 4 hours, then she needs to stay the four hours. Otherwise, charge a flat rate of 160 and stay for three if that’s all the time that it takes.
