Sir I have 2+ years of experience. I did not serve my 3 months notice period in my previous company as I was on leave without pay due to conflict with manager. Should I tell my new company that I was on leave without pay for 3 months as I don't have last 3 months salary slips, would they find it out in bgv the reason for leave without pay or I should just say it was due to medical reasons??

And what's the level of expectation from a 1 year experienced developer, I can learn skills and make projects of my own, still I won't have any industry development experience with Java , would they expect me to work just after joining or willing to give me Knowledge Transfer for 2-3 weeks atleast?

Bakra sirf fake candidate hi banta hai aur kal ko aap pakde bhi jaoge to sab kuchh aap par hi aayega tab koi bachane bhi nhi aane wala. wo hi HR, colleagues aur managers call bhi nhi uthayega aur bol dega ki aap kalse mat aana aap ko abscond declare kiya gaya hai aur asset jama karne ko bol dege.meine khudne experience kiya hai. mein bhi ek indian bank mein tha data scientist k designation par 1 yr baad manager ne reverification karvake nikal diya. nahi experience letter mila aur nahi relievig letter. Bas kaam hone k baad istemal karke fek dete hai esse candidate ko. Ha agar chhoti consultancy hogi to shayad bach jaoge baaki to jitni badi company utne harami log. Naam bade darshan chhote. Aur ek cheez hai ki agar manager ya HR aapke state ka nikla to koi problem nhi hoga. mostly maharashtrian, UP and Bihar aur south walo ko koi problem nhi aati
