Put on a trapper outfit then take the trapper outfit off then save it then during the .mission wham colms guy takles you pick up the hat it should save but if you kill him first you can't pick it up

Sorry this iate but it works as of version 1.31, I just did it on PS5. It's a simple new glitch all you have to do is put on a full outfit. Meaning put on a outfit such as the Gunslinger, Summer Gunslinger, etc and tweak it a bit such as taking off the neckwear thing and opening the collar. Then go to the mission, watch the full cutscene (you don't have to but I suggest it) fail but retry the mission then fail again and cancel. You should respawn in the spot that's shown in the video when you get the outfit. Then go back to the mission but this time before you go in the saloon put on your bandana, watch the cutscene, fail, retry, fail again then cancel and you should have the outfit after that. I can make a video if you guys want me to demonstrate.

@@dieg Hi! I was supposed to make a video on this but I can't because for some reason KZbin isn't working on my PS5 but I do have the simplest of instructions to get the outfit. All you need to do is wear the Summer Gunslinger Outfit then go to the mission and watch the full cutscene (I don't think you have to watch the cutscene but I recommend just in case) After the cutscene, abandon dutch, retry the mission, abandon dutch again and then cancel the mission Go back to the mission but before you go inside put your bandana on, then go inside, watch the cutscene again, abandon dutch, retry the mission, abandon him again, then cancel And then you should have it. Same for the Gilded Cage Outfit

But I would take a route that doesn't take long to fail the mission like the door that's in front of you after you exit the door when you turn around. Sorry if you sounds confusing but there's a door like right in your face after you exit the first door. And keep going until you fail shouldn't take long

@@khadagio7364 you have to turn off network, then delete the game and reinstall it again, I will send you a vid to a tutorial which helps you get Rdr2 on patch 1.00 Here's the link to it kzbin.info/www/bejne/bn61XqqVjc6br6c Oh also note that if you do this you have to replay the story until you get to the mission where you can get the lawman outfit, basically chapter 6, all your other saves (from 1.01 and higher) will be corrupted (you can't enter then) but if you want to enter them you simply have to turn network back on and wait for the game to update, but note that you will lose the lawman outfit if you update the game

For the first question, I'm not sure a lot of people are now saying it doesn't work but I haven't tested it yet. And for the second question it is entirely luck based, me or my friend Arthur Morgan gaming have not found a path that will guarantee it every time, also if/when you get it go to his video on how to save it immediately because it only works one time as far as we know

Work in 1.00, put a mask on your outfit then take your horse and move away as far as possible (it works like that for me) once you have the outfit if you want to save it start putting on a trapper outfit then go to the store and add clothes then remove it until you are offered to save it. @@Daniel-qz3pk I don’t know, I wasn’t really counting while I was doing it, but it did take me a couple of try’s until I finally got it, so I was lucky enough to get it on the same day I wanted and if you have a file where you HAVEN’T done the mission yet you should definitely load it yes, for me how I got it was in a very weird way I didn’t do what the guy did in the video at all, as soon as the mission started I just started to go backwards as quickly as I could in first person towards whatever behind me until the failed screen showed up and then I got the outfit after canceling it, it took me also a few try’s doing that but hey it worked, but honestly I don’t think it really matters WHICH direction you go or HOW you do it, it’s all really all about luck honestly

@@Daniel-qz3pk like I said it’s all about luck, some people will get it after their first try and some will get it after their 150 try who knows, and yes you CAN save it as a saved custom outfit after you get it but ONLY as Arthur it will go away when you take control as John and NO you don’t have to remove anything or add anything to your horse the horse has nothing to do with the glitch so don’t worry about that it don’t matter and again it also doesn’t matter which direction you go, any will do just as long as you go far away from Dutch and Sadie and keep on failing the mission and then cancel and you should be good and I mean it’s pretty much the same game every glitch that’s on rdr2 SHOULD work for pc too and not just on consoles, that wouldn’t make sense unless it was a glitch that required you to only have a pc or a console for it to work but I highly doubt that this one is one of those and I am 100% sure that it works on pc as well so don’t worry and keep trying and you WILL get it eventually, I promise you
