Guys, whenever a species name ends in "i" it is pronounced as "eye", whenever a species name ends in "ii" it is pronounced "ee - eye". If you're not certain about a pronunciation just remember that most species are either named after someone in the field (it's actually a faux pas to name a species you discover after yourself) or after a physical characteristic (for example the genus name Brachypelma means short (brachy) foot (pelma).

Such a great species and has been my favorite since I was a kid and my grandmother and I used to watch USA Network weekend horror movies and saw The Deadly Cargo and Kingdom Of The Spider's. But back in the mid to late 80's to even early 90's it was impossible to buy one of these beautiful T's at a local pet shop in Jersey where I'm from cause they were on the indangerd list and could only get them at reptile and exotic pet shows.
