1. Drink warm water in morning 2. Eat turmeric & neem paste 1-2 in week 3. Drink lemon water 4. Do fruit diet once a week 5. Eat curd 6. Eat cows ghee 7. Do bhrastika pranayam after having a meal 8. Stretch your body 9. Practice asans 10. Eat food with crossed legs & with happy mood

Me bhi Paresan tha....is tara test... Istara test sab kiya tha.. Kuch nehi thik huya.... Then mera ghar ke pass me.. 1 homeopathic doctor ki dikhanya - 1) mujhe flour made food like parate, biskut khana band kare 2) sleep 7 hr 3) ate 2 hr ago from sleep.... Mobileko 2 hr pehle chor do .....1 sapta kara Mera bahut thik huyi.... My experience abhi if me 6.30 sleep leti huu.. Mera start hoye6e jati hee.... Proper 7 hr sleep.... (mene is bare me doctor ne kuch nehi bola but.... Me regular jab musterbation karna start kiya.. Uske 2-3 month se start huya tha....1 sapta mat kar crome mat chala) me is problem se 2 year bhuga tha

You may eat wrong food combinations! Like drinking milk tea or coffee may lead to bloating, increases stomach ulcer. Eating fruits with mik, cucumber with curd, eating fruits right after eating lunch, Breakfast or dinner, are some wrong food combinations which may lead to indigestion. Eating heavy foods at night may also lead to indigestion. Eating right food at wrong time or wrong combination also leads to stomach issues
