See there is no shortcut to PCOS. You have to adopt a healthy lifestyle, eat complex carbohydrates like millets , brown rice. Include more fibre and vegetables in PCOS. Do exercise every single day. Even 30 mins of walk can do wonders. Eat chia seeds, flaxseeds to balance your hormones. You can have Fenugreek seeds too since it's very helpful in hormonal imbalance. Diary is a trigger in PCOS in most of the cases.Diary triggers acne in PCOS . You can have ghee though if it suits you. Most importantly, fix your sleep cycle, take less stress, check for any vitamin deficiencies. Try to meditate atleast for 5-10 mins everyday. Take good care of your skin. Apply a good facewash, moisturizer and sunscreen is a must. I'm not a doctor but I have PCOS too and the tips that I have provided are based on my personal experience.

Thank you for sharing this video. I have two questions. First, I usually finish my lunch by 12:30pm so can I have this drink around 4:30pm? Second, can we keep this drink at room temperature? I mean if I am preparing the drink which I can use for few days so is it ok if I keep it at room temperature or I need to keep it in the fridge?

Namaste, You should consume the drink preferably after meals (once/ twice a day). If you want to prepare the drink in bulk and store freeze them in ice cubes rather that keeping in room temperature for few days.

Yes, water and other liquids after a meal dilutes the acids in your stomach which reduces digestion. However, this drink contains elements which supposedly helps digestion.

I don't think so as its regularly appear in recepies. And in hospital after abdominal surgery was advised to drink peppermint tea for bloating.
