1.. jihva mul sodhanam 2.. paschimuttamasan 3..bhastrika pranayam 4..probiotic food.. curd. Kimchi etc 5.. fruit diet once a month.. during this time avoid tea coffee .. veg soup in evening.. plenty of water.. No heavy exercise or work..

Gastrics. I am very well experienced. Ginger cut into little slices with warm water. Apple Cider vinegar in water is also good. Ajawain and somf are also very good in water. Activated charcoal is also very helpful. If you're looking at exercises to do. Kapalbhati and Anolum vilom are very good. May thy lord heal you because gastrics problem Can be painful 🤧
