Exercises in the video: 1. 2:02 (stretch exercise) 2. 2:24 (stretch exercise) 3. 3:23 (stretch exercise) 4. 4:31 (stretch exercise) 5: 5:16 (stretch exercise) 6: 6:12 (drill - high kick) 7. 7:38 (drill - higher kick) 8. 8:37 (drill- low kick to high kick) 9. 9:16 (drill - "drawing" with your foot shapes from low to high) I also recommend doing alot of stretching exercises with your legs like trying to do splits. This way your legs become more and more flexible. This is very important. For example: Find a wall or something else to push your legs against it. You can also do yoga stretching exercises aswell. And don't forget to breath with your mouth and not with your nose, so you can exhale the pain out of your body. Remember to do these exercises every day or every two days (depending how much time you got or if you are forgetful as I am sometimes). Remember to never give up and keep pushing it.

This is a wonderful video to subscribe to. I attained two 1st degree black belts in 77 & 79, Shotokan & Taekwondo. I lost both hips at ages 38 and 39, losing my leg mobility. Again at the age of 61 I had both artificial hips replaced again and my pelvis rebuilt from cadaver bone. I've also had 6 knee surgeries and 2 low back surgeries/fusions. Throughout the years, I focused on my hand strikes and muscle memory with just low kicks and sweeps, but I'm going to use this young lady's methods to get more stretch out of my final set of hips at the age of 62.
