If you always feel like you're having to force yourself to make progress this is why. You need to go deep enough to understand what beliefs are driving your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

Wow yes thats me ,, I go out every weekend ,at 430 am carrying 30lbs , nothing in your league , but I push my self to do this 20km , and I feel amazing when I get home , so proud , but listening to you , I think iam sad and hurt now , ,,, you really help me lots ,I push my self too do the hikes , cause iam lonely , but feel free and a live ,

@@tombyrne3635 that's a strong effort doing that mate. But, the real answer it sounds is to find ways to overcome the loneliness that is driving you. This can be hard I know. Try taking small steps by looking at what you enjoy and seeing what clubs or groups exist around it. Find your tribe!

This is probably the first and most important topic one should address in order to begin a new chapter in the journey of life. Perspective is everything. Limiting beliefs are indeed the biggest obstacle to ones achievements. I'd say that having a reason, a purpose and values to base your struggle on is the second biggest topic. You need something to motivate the truest parts of yourself in order to dedicate sweat and blood to that cause. Very important video, I'm loving this channel and I'm happy to have subscribed. I find your breakdown of mindset really good in the way you describe it in a more simplistic manner I’m currently recovering from arm surgery and planning to apply for the marines when possible

What about when you lose what to beleive in , where i was in the army it was all i wanted to be and going back to your previous videos i never doughted i wouldn't achieve it, but now im out i dont have a clue what to do , and to really go for something i have to have that belief
