Make your very own mini, midi, or maxi dress! This is a completely customizable dress pattern and you can tailor it to fit you perfectly! Make it in a shift style, the more fitted style, or a bodycon style, whatever you feel like.

Materials:
- 1 pair of 5.5 mm circular needles, 24-32” cord (or longer)
- Optional: another pair of 5.5mm needles to help try it on
- 1 crochet hook, any size (for provisional cast on)
- Scrap Yarn (for provisional cast on)
Yardage estimates:
Note these are estimates since the pattern is more customizable than the regular sizes
- 350 (450) 550 (650) 750 (850) 950 (1050) 1150 meters of yarn for a shorter dress, more fitted style.
- For a midi dress, add 200 (200) 250 (250) 300 (300) 350 (350) 400 meters
- For a maxi dress, add 350 (350) 450 (450) 550 (550) 650 (650) 750 meters
- For a shift dress, add 100 (100) 100 (150) 150 (150) 200 (200) 200 meters

just got this pattern and I was wondering if I could use a bulky weight yarn with 6mm needles (127yd/100g) and try to match gauge or if I should just get a worsted weight yarn instead?

You could but the fabric might turn out pretty dense

Just got the pattern and made the 4x4 swatch, my gauge number is 5. I'm a bit confused if I can go on with 5 as my number because in your pattern and in the video you're only talking about gauge numbers in the range between 3 and 4. I'm using sport weight yarn if that makes any difference. Thanks!

You can do 5, I think it’s because sport weight is more lightweight than the other yarns I used
