Great pattern! One note, though. On the written instructions at the end you say to do the first row in Color A and the second in Color B. According to the video, you only use Color A to finish.

Hello. I am in the process of knitting this hat and it's fun. I don't quite understand it yet but I hope to get there when I get further. I am knitting the adult size. Must I knit on until the piece is a square? Top and bottom joined together give me the circumference of 55-60cm - is that correct? And how do I see the height of 22 cm? I also would love to knit a rib stitch border on the bottom . Is that an option? By the way I have knit your baby cardigan several times I I absolutely adore it and so do the receivers. I prefer doing a hat without a pompom and like to do a low border around the bottom must use a circle needle to finish it...Someone notice the last two rows is all A rows ..not row B mistake.Like your instructions I'm doing only one color white.Thanks
