I am sitting here in awe of how you can work row after row using just the tips of your needles. I also love the economy of the left-hand feed of the working yarn. And your videos are excellent because we can see close up what is being shown. I watch you work with the speed slowed way down just to admire your mastery of knitting techniques. You are making me a much better knitter. You have eliminated every time-wasting habit other knitters have. No fiddling with yarns, no large finger waving, no constant tension adjustments. Thank you. What size knitting needle did you use?

I used dk yarn and 4mm needles but you can use whichever yarn and needles you want 🙂

How do you reduce down to 6 stitches? That essential part of the process seems to be missing from the video.

The decreases you work on every other row reduces the stitch count by 2 every other row. My plain coloured mitre square video explains it in more depth.

@barbarakramer2744. I have seen a vest made out of them. You could also make potholders or table runners. With fingering yard I would make a great scarf.
