Love! 100% love. And the breakdown of the transition from one color to another is brilliant and super helpful! Thank you so much!

As a fairly inexperienced knitter this was just an excellent video. Your instructions are so thorough there's no need to watch more than once. Thanks.

You could tie tassels onto the beginning/end of the scarf using the colours you used throughout to give it that little something extra!

You are such a great teacher, plus the video quality (lighting, etc) is excellent. I have started one of these as my 2nd "no mind" project and it is so great to take along and doesn't take alot of concentration, but just joyful knitting. Thank You!

Love this scarf! The free downloadable pattern is great. This is perfect because I have a ton of thick and thin yarn that I ended up not needing (or not finishing) from a few projects. :) I started making this last night and it's a fun, easy project.

BTW I think in Rox Richardsons channel she suggests to just measure the yarn across the kitchener area 3x and that should be sufficient, so I usually do 4x and it has always turned out. I guess it depends on how tight you go but much better than pulling thru all that much yarn which drives me nuts because I land up with waste. The other thing Rox suggests is a fab technique for getting rid of the dog ears. She slips the last st over the next to the last on all 4 ends so the ends have a slight curve. I love this because somehow I usually get dog ears on sox and I hate that. Her technique I think could refine your ends even further? As I said in my previous comment, this video is a class act, just wonderful.

wow in this video you take very basic knitting instruct into a fine art ... I love how knitting has become a refined art more and more ... I have another stubborn way of jogless and eager to try yours. The knitting in of ends looks complicated but wonderful, I am eager to try and have been looking for ways this year for knitting up my stash and am about 75% done. Its so fun to creatively and artistically combine yarns and hone my skills according to your suggestions. You are a natural teacher, no music, no dragon nails or corny jokes, just elegance! Thanx SO much.

Thinking Judy’s cast on would be a great way to start this scarf .. I’d rather use 2 circ needles for the tube as those shorty needles always hurts my arthritis 🥸solves one end not having to be sewn closed 💙 great idea to use up end of skeins 🙏🏼

Would it be possible to use just worsted weight yarn? I don’t have any fingering weight yarn on hand, but a bunch of worsted. If so, do I need to change the number of cast on stitches and needle size?

🙏🏾🙏🏾thank you for this cute video tutorial. I did a similar scarf Christmas 2021. Kitchener stitch confuses me so much. I just slip stitched ( crochet stitch ) both ends closed. Thank goodness I can knit and crochet.

I always leave my tube scarf ends open so that the recipient can tuck their hands inside if they aren't wearing gloves or mittens. I'm looking at you, teens and tweens!

yes of course. the scarf would just be a little larger (in width), if you use the same amount of stitches.
