This video is a full tutorial on how to knit through back loop. Ktbl creates twisted stitches and is used in a lot of knitting stitch patterns and fundamental knitting techniques
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Insert the right knitting needle into the first stitch on your left needle from left to right and in the back part of the needle
Step 2: Wrap the yarn around the needle counter-clockwise
Step 3: Pull the yarn all the way through
Step 4: And drop the stitch off the left needle
Repeat steps 1-4 over and over again to knit through back loop (ktbl)
