You are okay just being you. I thought her examples were quite funny bc I was like what, buying a house? Come again? Just a nudge here to help you out, maybe you’re really good at self reflection? Maybe you’re really humble? Maybe you’re good at understanding people who feel insecure? Maybe you’re a great listener? Try to not compare yourself and your journey with others, just compare yourself with the past you.

This is so important, I find there's many people who have a hard time seeing what they're good at. I don't know if it's because we're programmed to think in just finding a practical job instead of what makes us happy or low self esteem or both. Great video!

When you said to recall : I recognised that I sold a subscription to a customer at night 10 pm that too drunk! I recognised that I love driving ..I took my cousin sister for a 2 hour bike ride...that she loved it..and she never had experienced it before. I also recognised that although am a techie, beyond that my content is mostly empathetic (be it an email or the way I talk) On a whole I am getting to know myself again.. THANKYOU FOR THIS VIDEO.

It's difficult sometimes to come up with problems we have solved - especially if one has been raised in a critical environment. I have accomplished many things in my life but struggled with this exercise. Simple "formulas" do not fit all. But it's good to try these things as we all have different ways of being incentivized.
