This is interestingly similar to a German dish called Tafespitz. It’s boiled brisket that’s served with the broth and horseradish, sometimes also with 7-herb green sauce.

Lol we have a similar thing in Ethiopia about people we like and don't like. If we like you, we will offer coffee, because the process involves roasting and grinding and doing three rounds of coffee, all while chatting with your guests. If we don't like you, we offer tea, since that isn't as big in Ethiopia so it's usually just the tea bags (so just drink it and get out!)

We Koreans love sesame seeds on everything 😂😂 and our relatives just love to give us all the leftovers from wherever 😆😆 I could almost hear the 이모 & 고모 (aunties) saying, “그냥 다 가지가” (just take everything home)😅 Btw, thanks for another great recipe! ❤️

Suyuk is normally made with pork, Daniel has a recipe for pork suyuk from a while ago that is delicious and super easy.
