i think i can make this but finding korean radish might be a little hard - i have a few asian markets i can check out to find it tho. Very simple and can add this to my recipe collection you have so generously taught me!

you can replace it with daikon radish aka japanese radish

I'm definitely tempted to try this. I will probably do without the chicken skin (not a fan of the skin). I'll have to track down the mustard & the radish though! Thank you for another lovely, simple recipe, Daniel.😁

Skip the garlic? What??? That would be like skipping the tortilla on a burrito or the shell on a taco. A travesty to all things culinary. I am very fortunate here where I live because we have a huge Asian market complete with pretty much everything. I have found that Korean products tend to have scant if any English on the labels so several times I wait for a Korean shopper to pass by and I ask them. Soy sauces are particularly hard to master because there are so many types. Having Future Neighbor explain and demonstrate the use of these wonderful products has helped me in my exploration of Asian cooking. I'll be looking for the hot mustard next time I shop. It's time to make some bulgogi with lettuce wraps using one of Daniel's recipes.

hi, love ur vlog !!...... i noticed u were using the "modori pan" (if i'm correct?), and may i ask in ur honest opinion, is it a good pan? i have been thinking about getting this brand for a while but just couldnt decide, thx
@FutureNeighbor2 жыл бұрын
Yes, we've been avid users of Modori Cookware. The non-stick surface is amazing (been using 3 years now... no problemo). The only downside if I have to pick out something... is that it does get little scratches here and there. But I guess thats the same with any other cookware.
