Thats awesome that you didn't show the most difficult part of this job, removing the cir clip. Thanks!

KTM service specifically says for lower bearing: ”do not put any extra grease to hem joint or sealings, it will ruin the teflon coating which is on hem joint sliding surface and drastically reduces service life” Same is said on factory service manual.

Is it better to insert and remove bearings with hammer or long screw and slowly pushing it while screwing
@rmatvmc6 жыл бұрын
*maucina12* Pressing the bearings in when you can is best. Or the sweating method. The hammer method works fine. Especially with this Motion Pro Specialty Tool. As long as you are striking the outer race of the bearing and using the appropiate size socket you'll be fine. Thanks for watching.

I have replaced my upper and lower shock bearings with new all balls kits but there is still movement in the upper bearings. Is this normal?

This channel is good but it really annoys me that they don't demonstrate the job being done as if everyone doesn't have the unnecessary tools. I mean a seal puller REALLY!?
