BE CAREFUL. Most wheels are laced buy going Over 3 spokes and under the 4th spoke. NOT over 2 spokes under the third and over the 4th. If you lace properly, there should be no need to bend the spokes!

@modelcarbuilder It's the first process spokes, the left valve hole, then 3 across and place it in the 4th hole, etc. it's those ones..

does this pattern apply for double wall rims as well. i have a double wall 48 spoke, its a Poverty rim at that. also a video for a 9 tooth hub rebuild would be fantastic

Yes, this is 3x!!!! Be sure you want this lace and double check your spoke sizes. If you want 4x, do it same way just go over THREE spokes and under the FOURTH!!!

i would reccomend trying a 2 cross lacing.... you dont have to bend the spokes that far:)

was super excited in this until i realized it was four cross. i'm lacing mine three cross, otherwise I'd be breaking spokes all day, too stiff, plus i already have my spokes cut to 178mm. also, to the commentirs, two cross lacing doesn't exist. theres three, four and radial (no cross).
