I would like to add for anyone reading this if you are brand new to lightburn, the "aftergrow" font will be hollow when typed out, unless you go to "Window" and select Filled/Smooth in the settings otherwise the fonts will automatically outline until you select that setting.

I'm struggling with the Bolean Union of 2 shapes. When I choose my offset & my outer later it's not always removing that top line of the layer. What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm I haven’t tried. There are probably better tools for cutting paper in bulk but I’m not familiar with them.
