It's called "Khosn Kale Mazltov" or "Bride and Groom Congratulations". It is a freylakh (i.e. festive, joyous melody) which is often played at weddings.

not sure I agree with everything you've said in this video. Poker is a game of many levels and I think you've over-simplified it too much. But then again maybe I'm over complicating it...
