Hey, thanks so much for making this video . I have been wanting to get it but now , I think I may be able to do it soon when i find somewhere to try it .
@TumbleSensei10 жыл бұрын
glad it helps :D and you dont actually need the barrel but it helps. really all you need is a mat... pull your arms across your body so that you spin to your side.. then arms at 45 degree angle so you get some flip and spin. then arms 90 degrees above your head. so you do the most flip and spin. if you are scared of not making it all the way over you can always land on hands and knees, then when your legs are stronger, go all the way to your feet :)

all these people saying you're bad clearly haven't been on your channel haha
@TumbleSensei9 жыл бұрын
Ben Halliday Thanks :) You cant satisfy everyone, some people lack the ability to try new technical ideas because they come from such a strict background and have many preconceived ideas about how to coach because "thats what their coach did" attitude. So thank you again, glad you are cool and open minded :)
@benhalliday62139 жыл бұрын
yeah, people like that annoy me, like new things were created from people having different styles and not being afraid to do things differently. Clearly your technique works so I don't see why they are angry haha

5 minute full twist eh? what if someone comes up with 4 minute full twist? and guarantees results - if you don't make it in 4 minutes, they'll give you the extra minute free!

...should someone master the backflip and arabian before attempting this?
@TumbleSensei9 жыл бұрын
Absolutely.
@TumbleSensei9 жыл бұрын
Arabian is a big help. If you think about it, its an arabian at the beginning with a front half twist at the end. So it helps to do be able to front twist.

@TumbleSensei7 жыл бұрын
once you can full full straight on spring floor, Miller on rod floor and killer on fast track you can make claims like that.
@WAGgymSuperFan7 жыл бұрын
Tumble Sensei Um actually I'm a six time gymnastics state champion, I'm training levels 8 and 9 and I have a layout full twist. And I've accomplished all of that without even being 14 yet. So I think you're the one who shouldn't be making claims!
@TumbleSensei7 жыл бұрын
+adam hein a full? You have not a double twisting double layout, you have.... Just a full... Okay. Not a miller. Not a killer. Not even a double salto or double full... A full.. okay. I'm sorry man. You are clearly out of your league here.
@WAGgymSuperFan7 жыл бұрын
Tumble Sensei The problem you have is doing them correctly. I'll admit your full isn't terrible, and you have decent skills. But my technique is way better. And btw, I'm training a double front tucked and piked, a front double twist, a half in back out, and a double pike.
@TumbleSensei7 жыл бұрын
